I would write it in English because I can't write Korean.
I would write it in both-- for example, I would have a character who is American and adopted, and wants to go back home to Korea and learn about her heritage. She meets a woman who may have been her biological mom but they cannot communicate because the woman only speaks Korean and the young American only speaks English.
It really depends on the audience. Can the people who are expected to read this novel read Korean? If you write in Korean then you limit your self to people who can read Korean. Do Koreans want to read a book about their own culture and traditions?
