2) Does it have viruses? If it does, you may need to restore your system files.
3) What part is not working? (Is it the software or the hardware?)
4) Is your computer out of space? If your computer has a full memory, you might need to uninstall any computer games that are unnecessary or unused. You may also have to do a disk defragmenter or a disk clean-up to get more space.
