It depends how he/she touched you. If he/she touched your mouth, teeth, head, brushed up against you in the course of his/her work then you should probably just feel that he/she was doing his/her job. Anything else is probably in your mind.
If the touch was sexual then you should probably feel angry. It may well have been a sexual assault and you should consider contacting the police.

Another dentist refused to listen to my complaints and told me there was no way I could feel any pain. Your dentist should willingly give you another shot if you feel pain. You should never have to feel pain during a dental procedure. If the dentist refuses to remedy the problem, find another dentist who will listen to you. Be sure to explain past experiences.
