I don't care if there is a leash law or not where you live. You should still have common sense. Your dog should be on a leash at all times when you take him out, unless you have a fenced in area you can safely let him off leash. This is what happens when the owners do not take responsibility for their pet. They run into the street or they urinate or defecate in the neighbors yard, or chase a kid on a bicycle, etc. It was YOUR responsibility to keep your dog safe, therefore you pay the Vet bills, not the car owner. Man up and love your dog & keep him or her safe. Your dog should have an enclosed area to be in at all times, such as a fenced in yard or a kennel or in the house. Then on a leash when outside these areas to keep your pet safe.
I would say, that you should keep your dog on a leash if he is going around humping things. In a change of state, its the other dogs fault. GOOGLE IT!!!
probably the person with the off leash dog
OH yes. The owner of the dog is responsible for keeping it within its boundaries or on a leash at all times. If the owner does not do this they are responsible for what happens.
Yes, if your dog was on leash or on your property and another dog came attacked your dog then the dog's owner should be responsible for all vet bills.
Dogs should be on a leash in Anderson, SC. Only dogs that are actively hunting are allowed to be off leash.
No it should not be aloud. If you walk by someone and they are off the leash they could bite them , or they can run away
The owner of the leashed dog is liable. If the dog that is on its own property is attacked, the owner should pay for the "home" dog's care. The owner of the leashed dog is still responsible for its behavior.
sit on him/her and put a harness on him/her and grab the harness and put a leash on it and walk the dog
Most people use a 6 foot leash, but you can also use a longer leash. Whatever is more comfortable for you.
With a leash or you should carry it in a small animal cage.
No, there is not. Cats do not have to be on a leash in West Virginia. However, they should have a collar with a name tag on it should they ever get lost or taken to the animal shelter.
Well, it depends on what you mean. If you mean walking an actual dog, then that's easy. The dog should have a leash and collar, the collar should have a metal hook, and so should the leash. You hook the leash onto the collar and then grab the other end of the leash. When you hold the leash, start walking and the dog should start walking too. If the dog doesn't then you should keep trying to get him to until he does. If you're talking about the yo-yo trick then it's when you take the yo-yo, hold the little loop on the end of the string, push the yo-yo in front of you and keep it there, as if it was a dog that you were watching.
