Often young people are fickle and life is an adventure and they may stray from one partner to another. Perhaps she wants to be friends and not so serious or perhaps she may be still interested in you. It would be to your best interest to be friendly with her, but start dating other girls. If you don't she could control your actions and you could miss out on a lot of fun. If she really cares about you she'll come back.
