once you get mono you will always have it. you will always test positive for it and u can have flare ups from it. so no she cannot give it to you again. you can have a flare up but it has nothing to do with kissing her again. its only called the kissing disease because that is the most common way of contacting it. so if u have had it once.. you are stuck with it. Sorry
