If the engine is overheating, running the ac will make it overheat faster. The ac only cools the inside of the car, it actually adds heat under the hood.

Your 2000 intrigue it is over heating the heat shuts of and turns cold you replaced the water pump and the thermostate still over heating?

Sounds like your cooling system is full of air. Make sure you have it bled off properly. You could also have a blown headgasket, or have a DEX cool blockage in the system. Either way, it sounds like you need to take it to a shop and have it properly diagnosed.

Your 1999 dodge grand caravan is using coolant fast about every 3 days or so it is bone dry there are no visible leaks what may be the problem you have replaced the thermostat?

How does the van run? It could be the headgasket, if you smell a sweet smell from the exhaust then its the headgasket. If not check the Oil, if theres like, water and stuff in the oil then it could be the headgasket still. The thermostat wont make it lose cool unless theres leakage around the thermostat housing gasket.

What if your blower works on high in your 2000 dodge caravan?

when a blower motor only works on high, it is usually due to faulty resistor board. Should be located in the duct near the blower. the purpose of this is so the air blown by the blower keeps the resistors cool.
