Either there's a problem with the network or the player needs an update
If you can connect to other computers on the same network, but you can't connect outside the network, the problem is quite often that the default gateway has not been configured correctly. If you can connect to other computers on the same network, but you can't connect outside the network, the problem is quite often that the default gateway has not been configured correctly. If you can connect to other computers on the same network, but you can't connect outside the network, the problem is quite often that the default gateway has not been configured correctly. If you can connect to other computers on the same network, but you can't connect outside the network, the problem is quite often that the default gateway has not been configured correctly.
I bet you have chosen the option connect only to secured network in the wireless adapter options. Also it's recommended to restart your computer and router if you are experiencing weird problems with the network.
The use of a router that supports both wireless and wired connections would solve the problem, if I understand properly. Make sure it is a ROUTER, not a switch or a modem.
Make sure that your PS3 supports type of the wireless network you are using including security if you have one.
when we connect one laptop in own network then internet dont working what is the problem
There are numerous reasons for your laptop not to pick up your wireless connection. Check the following and see if they solve your problem. 0.5 Check if your wireless router is switched ON! 1. Check if your laptop has a wireless card in it (old models might not have). 2. Check whether your wireless network is hidden. If it is just set it to visible. 3. Check that you are in the range of the wireless network. 4. Check the network configuration of your laptop. 5. Check if the wireless adapter on your laptop is not disabled. 6. If any of these don't help call a technician :).
It's the problem with your wireless broadband/wideband. I have never come across this problem.
No problem - just use wireless security. (WEP WPA or WPA2)
The easiest way to solve this problem: use a wireless connection. Many recent computers include a wireless NIC (network interface card), and can connect to wireless networks easily, leaving the Ethernet port free. This will only work, obviously, if this computer has a wireless card and there is a wireless network to connect to.If wireless is not an option, purchasing an additional Ethernet card will upgrade the computer to owning two Ethernet ports. One port can be used for the Internet, the other for this external service.
You can not share your phone wireless internet with your PS3. The PS3 will search for a WiFi connection and if one is found it can be used to connect to the internet. If you have internet service it is not a problem to connect to the PS3
I have a similar problem with my new laptop. In my case, I believe that it may be because I might have accidentally disabled DHCP or DNS on its wireless adapter while adding a wireless router to my local area network. I can see all my PCs from any other in my LAN, and connect to the internet with all of them, including my laptop. But after I turn off my wireless router, I can no longer use my laptop to get to the internet through any free wi-fi hotspots the way I did even a few minutes earlier. I am, of course, trying to resolve this problem. Stay tuned and I'll keep you informed. Follow up: I found excellent advice at: http://www.cabnr.unr.edu/IT/Wifi.aspx It turned out that I should not have specified a particular gateway in the settings of my wireless network card as I have enabled it for getting DHCP automatically.
