Pregnancy tests (OTC varieties) detect only to about 20 HCG ... and this usually corresponds to around three to six weeks of zygote development. So, taking a test during the spotting (when your period is due) would not yield viable results (not high enough concentrations of HCG). You would have to wait until about two weeks more to take another to be more accurate ... although a blood test now would be a much better option if you really want a definitive answer.
You should've waited a little longer so the sperm has enough time to travel through your body
Definitely! If it is too soon you will get a false negative even if you really are pregnant. I would wait about a week and then take another one, it is going to be more accurate the longer you can wait!
Wait at least two weeks. HCG levels in IVF pregnancy's tend to take a little longer to register.
Your pregnancy test (one counting your hCG levels like in a home pregnancy test) will most likely read positive for a while. This is because it takes a while for those pregnancy hormone levels to reduce back to their natural state. The further you were in to your pregnancy the longer it may take for you to get a negative result.
With the newer pregnancy tests available today, you no longer have to wait until you miss your period to guess about pregnancy, since they are able to determine a positive pregnancy status in as little as a few days post-fertilization.
Possibly. Wait a little longer and take another test. EPT is usually very accurate.
Replace it with a longer cable. That is the safest and best way. You could splice another cable on to the original but I would not advise it.

No.
Yes! "A Little Bit Longer" comes out on August 12th!!
For most women it takes 24 hours to 7 days. It may take longer depending on far along you were and your individual body make up.
he'd probably just have another dream.
Take another test in 1 week, negative tests don't mean you are not pregnant, it just means your pregnancy hormones are not showing up yet (if you are pregnant). If you are still negative in a week and no period, then get a blood test.
