Replace with a new disc if professional cleaning machine does not fix it
If your PS3 is not reading inserted discs, you can fix it by restoring the system settings(it should work if your Blu-ray drive is functional).
Check your disks, make sure they arent damaged, if they are not damaged send your xbox in for repairs
Go to a website that shows you the ID for the game and put it on.
If it only does that for a certain disc, then the disc is probably damaged and needs to be replaced. If this happens for all discs, then there is a problem with your disc reader. If that is the case, contact Nintendo and see if they can fix your wii.
Usually stores like Game Crazy and the Radio Shack Repair Center offer to buffer discs, but buffering is for scratches in discs, I'm not sure if it can fix a crack.
The only way I can think that it would be possible to fix it is your PS3, otherwise it is broken. You need to clean the laser, either by disassembling the blue ray drive and cleaning the laser manually (not recommended unless you're desperate), or by using a cleaner disc. You can probably buy cleaner discs at your local electronics store.
Its really sad for that to happen but you just need to replace the console for a new one.My suggestion is that you need to be extra extra careful handling a xbox360 if you own it.
fix it.
It's called "discectomy" - it's a minor procedure to fix discs in the back.
