If your rabbit has had a large litter of babies and is taking good care of them there is nothing to worry about. Having a large litter will not harm a healthy mother rabbit, just make sure she has plenty of good quality food, lots of hay and water to keep her fit and well to feed the babies.
If you mean she has had many litters of babies over a few years then it is time to have her spayed. If she is living with a male rabbit who is unfixed you need to separate them before she becomes pregnant again.
No! Keep it with it's babies for a month or two, without the father as he might hurt them :(. Then you can if you wan't it to have more.
They are both the same so it doesn't matter which gender you get.
Yes but is's highly dangerous for the rabbit, it will lose about 4 years of its life and the babies might be deformed.. ):
i hope you know about rabbit breeding and to take the male away till the babies are weaned? any way. there is a chance, and a chance she might not be pregos. but yes there is a chance it might pass.
Yes you should be worried. You should get the microwave tested for radiation leakage before you use it again.
No, you do not need to be worried about the mother killing the babies. A mother might kill her babies if she had just recently had them, but three days or so after she gave birth, there is no need to worry. At that time, you can now hold them.
Well she should usually move on when the kittens are 8-10 weeks old or if she likes living in your flowerbed, she might stay there.
You shouldn't, every rabbit should have it's own cage AND especially since they have been apart and she has had her own cage and babies. They might not be so friendly now.
or you can be pregnant.
welll, you would kind of see that the baby rabbits are healthy and not going after the mothers food all the time, if the mother of the babies isn't feeding them, you should take her to the vet to check if there is anything wrong with the mother. If not, she must feel left out or something or not want her babies. Might be a idea to feed the babies your self for a week or so to see how they do with out each other. Who knows ?! Try it out !
Does usually give birth to 2-8 kittens in a single litter. They can have three litters a year. Remember, there might be an unlucky runt.
A small amount of blood is normal, as there is blood flowing through the placentas (afterbirths) and as the placenta is torned the blood in the placenta will be released. However, if there is a lot of blood, if the blood flow is pulsing or if there is a steady flow, you should take your rabbit to the vet immediately as there could be a uterine tear that could be life-threatening.
