First you should get any type of thigh master that you possibly can.
Next you should stick the thigh master as close to your groin as possible.
Then start these steps.

1. move thighs out.
2. push thighs in.
Again all using a thigh master type of machine.
Do that for at least 20 mins twice a day for three weeks.

Now also make sure to stretch out the skin as much as possible.
