No, you'll be charged a fine and let go depending on the state laws.
Dr. Weed~ no it hasn't been decriminalized, and it is not legalized so don't get caught!! Smoke on dude!!
Marijuana is completely legal in countries such as Peru, Holland and a few South American islands. Also it is also decriminalized (Legal Crime) in most countries around the world. Answer- in some places you can smoke if your name is on a government medical list(if you have Aids or cancer etc.)and it is said to be legal. there are also places that allow you to smoke it for like traditions or things like that. i think Alaska idk
Amsterdam is not really a legal place to smoke marijuana, but it is tolerated by police because it bring so much money into their economy via tourism.
The Netherlands decriminalized possession of soft drugs in 1976. However street sales are still illegal. So-called "coffee shops" are allowed to sell 5 grams of cannabis to anyone over the age of 18.
It is legal to smoke marijuana in public. It is only legal is it given by the doctor. It is legal to smoke medicated marijuana in public. You should only smoke what the doctor told you too.
smoking is illegal. but some states have decriminalized the possession of marijuana for amounts under an ounce, about 13 have done this, i know Massachusetts is one of them, but i dont know them all.
No, marijuana is not legal. It is, however, tolerated. That is why you are able to walk into a coffee shop and buy and smoke marijuana. Holland cannot technically "legalize" marijuana because of various world treaties. The drug brings in so much money to the Dutch economy that it is something that the state and local police do not criminalize.
Legal smoke is smoking "incense". They found a way to derive the active ingredients in marijuana and put into a legal form. Then it is mixed as an incense or "Spice".
no because there are people who do not care about the situation and would only smoke weed if it was legal but do not vote for example my parents and there are also people who simply dont vote because they reaally do not care...
This is hard to answer because the UK has gone back and forth classifying marijuana as a class B drug(criminal to use it) and a class C drug(decriminalized). If it is decriminalized, it doesn't make much of a difference. Out of sight, out of mind.
It's legal but is it ethical?
No.
