At age 11 you probably have not yet reached puberty. You will go through puberty sometime in the next few years. You will notice many changes in your body at that time including increased body hair and deepening of the voice. You will probably also notice an increase in the size of both your penis and your testicles. Don't get hung up on penis size, though. It isn't all that important.
