No, that does not make you a bad person. Everyone no matter what age thinks abut sex -- I would just like to see anyone deny it. You are not a bad person because thinking about sex and having sex are different things, but still you should not have sex -- you are still too young. It's pretty normal to have an big increase in sexual fantasies and arousal when you are a teenager. Plus you'll (erroneously) believe everyone you know but yourself is having sex, and that you'll never get laid. Believe me, you will--so enjoy your fantasies, view a lot of porn and wait to have sex with someone you're comfortable with, whether it's a couple months or years from now.
