Im 33 years old and in a lot of pain your 2 wisdom teeth coming up on the bottom is this normal at this age?

No, it is not normal at this age, they usually appear between 17 and 24 (mine grew when I was about 13 though!). If it is causing you pain, you should see a dentist immediately and they will be happy to remove them.
