why do you want to wear makeup? and why do you gotta tell anyone? just do it on your own. if you wanna be like emo or something and get some eyeliner go to cvs or the drug store, bring about 3 dollars, (thats all youll need) and buy some black eyeliner or black eyeshadow. ba-bam! simple as that.
