I'm a Certified Medical Assistant who would love to employ as a "Home Healthcare" person, but am finding so much opposition as in 'are you a CNA'. I don't get this, I am over qualified so what is the issue Please shed some light as I am very frustrated.?

You need to get a lawyer and ask him to file an appeal for you. When it comes to family law, these things can get very complicated and you do not want to lose or make a mistake!
