Im a national swimmer I swim 9 times a week and I want my belly button done will it be all right to go training as normal after i get it done i dont want to miss out on any training sessions advice?

You can't exercise for a few weeks and you don't want to go swimming for at least 2 months. Pools are filled with bacteria and that leads to an infected piercing. Exercise will be painful and it won't let the piercing heal. It could also cause rejection or migration. The water problem could be fixed by wearing a large waterproof bandage but it's likely that it would peel off and allow water to leak in while you swim. Either wait till you have a few months off or just not get one.
