I'm not sure what you mean by "can you leave?" but if you mean can you legally leave your house... then yes at 18 you are considered an adult and your parent's can't do anything if you decide to pack up and go somewhere else.
Legally, at 18 you are considered an adult and have the right to move out and take your belongings with you. Your dad does not have the right to prevent you from taking your possessions. If there are any disputes, you can try to resolve them through communication or seek legal advice if necessary.
In Missouri, the legal age to leave home without parental consent is 18. If you are under 18 and want to move out, you may need to seek legal emancipation or have your parents' permission.

In America, if you are 18, you are considered an adult. You would be free to stay or leave anytime you wish.

In the US you have to have parental permission until you are legal adult age of your state, usually 18.
