Im really skinny and I want to put on some weight but not stomach weight I mean like meat and mussel on my arms and chest Is that possible?

Im also very skinny. im 14 and around 7 stone. Ive just started to lift weights which has strained my arms abit but im sticking to 30 mins 4 times a week. im also gunna try n eat more proteins and fats. I'll get back to ya if u see anny results(:
