One of two manufacturers....Winchester produced a bolt action 30-06 for Sears in 1968 before the Firearms act of 1968. Another maunfacturer Hi Standard produced a commercial mauser actioned/ Hi standard barreled bolt action for Sears as well...both were discontinued after the passing of the 1968 firearms bill.

You would have to be more specific with details as to date of manufacture, overall condition, etc. The pre-1964 Winchester Model 70 are generally more desirable than the post-64 rifles, and that can drive the value up.
