In 12 Rounds how does Danny Fisher beat Miles Jackson?

Danny realizes that Miles lied about Round 12 and that Molly is the only way Miles can escape. Danny and George chase Miles to the helcopter on the roof. George is shot (He lives) and Danny gets to the helicopter. Miles and Danny fight for a while. Miles ,heavily beaten up and unable to fight, goes to his last resort. Miles activates the bomb vest (same one from Bus 5050) and throws the touchscreen (used to stop the timer from activating) out the helicopter leaving no way to stop the bomb. Molly insists that she can still land the copter even though they are to high from the landing platform and several 100 feet in the air ( The thing is that they wouldn't land in time. Danny however, looks down and sees a way to get away from the bomb. Molly abandons the helicopter controls and looks where Danny is looking and sees a big pool on a rooftop below them. They time their jump and land successfully in the pool while is stil in the helicopter. Miles is too weak to move and the bomb's timer has gone from 30 to 01. 01, 00, BOOM! The Helicopter explodes with Miles inside while Danny and Molly are safe in the pool, far from the exploding helicopter. George throws away the toy car he had recovered from the remains of a plane that had been shot down due to Miles's actions 3 years ago.
