You just made it under the wire. In Alabama a 16 year old girl is at the age of consent, so as long as you didn't get pregnant before you turned 16, he can not be prosecuted.
Now might be a good time to sit down and really think about the reasons your parents didn't want you to see each other. Then go and explain to them that you are pregnant. You are going to need their help.
