In fact in Arabic there is no such "Middle name" the names are a combination of : First name + Father's name + Grandfather's name + Last name and it can be longer by adding great grandfather's name, great great grandfather's name, and ETC..... So if your name is Ralph and your father's name is Henry and your grandfather's name is Michael and your family's name (LAST NAME) is McCartney, your name would be : Ralph Henry Michael McCartney...
