Answer
The Church of the Nativity marks the spot where Helena, mother of Emperor Constantine, declared Jesus to have been born. But unless Helena had unexplained powers of miracle, denied to others over the centuries, we do not really know where Jesus was born.

Where the jesus been born and been buried after his death?

Jesus was born in around 4BC in Bethlehem, a few miles outside Jerusalem. Bethlehem is now in Palestinian territory in the Holy Land. No one knows for certain just where Jesus was born in that town, but a church there 'The Church of the Holy Nativity' was built on the site where he was reputed to have been born. Visitors can enter a cave inside the church that holds a manger (an animal feed trough) where they believe he was laid after his birth. It is now marked with a star. Although living out his mission in Galilee in the north of the country, Jesus returned to Jerusalem at the end of his earthly life where he was crucified. After his execution he was laid in a rock tomb in a garden near the place of execution. Today the likely site (but not the definite site) of his burial is covered by a church called the 'Church of the Holy Sepulchre' (Sepulchre means 'tomb'). For many Christians this is the holiest of all places as Christians believe that Jesus rose from the dead from this tomb, and by his resurrection conquered death for all who believed in him. The church is open to the public.
