If He Is Drinking Theres Not Much To Be Done Unless He Is Violent Towards The Kids, But On The Other Hand If He Is Selling Marijuana And He Gets Caught He Can Be Charged For Distribution Of Marijuana Or Felony Distribution Depending On How Much He Is Caught With,,, And Possession Of Marijuana And Possibly Neglect It Just Depends On The Situation Witch There For Social Services Will Get Involved And Possibly Take The Kids Away From Him Until They Turn 18!!!
