In Church when the Priest says that in Heaven there will be no more suffering or tears does that mean that in Heaven you don't have any emotions because you cannot cry?

No, it does not mean that. You will be in the same state as Adam and Eve were before they sinned; living with God under his direct blessing and rule. Therefore, there is nothing to be sad about.
