In Guild Wars I am a Necromancer Elementalist I have 12 Death Magic 9 Soul Reaping and 9 Fire Magic the thing is I would trade out some fire and stuff for Death but it wont let me go past 12 help?

12 is the maximum for spending skill points. To go higher than that, you must have + gears on your helmet, have a god blessing or some other specific skills increasing them for a period of time.
