CQB stands for Close-Quarters Battle.
Alternatively, it is Mark VI MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/C variant.

Hope you're enjoying the armor!

you need halo waypoint to find out
Close Quarters Battle.
You have to find the shoulders in the shoulders in the section in halo reach
The most popular halo 3 armour is most likely the recon armour that you can get for your spartan by completing all the vidmaster achievements in halo 3 and halo 3 ODST. the least popular is the CQB armour, a.k.a the Close Quarters Battle armour
They are both the same
You get an achievement and if you have halo waypoint, you get the CQB helmet. Well you actually get it on heroic but you get what I'm saying. You also get an attachment if you've completed halo 3 on legendary too. Hope this helps!
if it is on the multipayer you need to have halo waypoint and a certain achievement. if not i dont know
No dude you have to have halo waypoint and you need to get to a certain milestone which means a certain amount of achievements and you need to beat the campaign on heroic or legendary and boom you have the CQB helmet or the police helmet one of the two
beat the campaign on heroic(might as well beat it on legendary),and go on halo waypoint(u need xbox live)
