Considering that neither of those is intelligible, I would have to say that their only differentiating factors are the choice of letters and their quantity.
Edit by author of question: Thanks for your answer, but actually the two words are perfectly intelligible -- to anyone who knows Hebrew. The first word is some sort of headband, and the second is (I suspect) the same word prefixed with the definite article and the conjunction "and". It was to confirm (or not) my suspicion that I asked the question.
