The best SCAR setup is: Scar-H with silencer or red dot sight ( both are really good) M93 Raffica silenced claymore 2x stuns scavenger/sleight of hand stopping power pro( not really needed) so I personally use hardline ninja pro( because lots of people have gaming headsets, i would recommend buying one, if you have lots of money, tritton ax pro of ax 720s and for ok range turtle beach px21)

Well, it depends on the task at hand. For longer, farther shots, the Famas is a pretty safe bet. The Scar-H is an all around weapon. The Famas is a little harder to shoot and kill compared to the Scar-H. I recommend the Scar-H for all maps execpt for sniper maps.
