To defeat the Swiggler, you must utilize the mushroom mechanics of Dr. Shroobs because attacking it straight away will prove useless due to it's high defense and it will always counterattack with a shockwave attack (this attack doesn't use up it's turn). You should attack a Dr. Shroob when it is holding a gray mushroom, the mushroom will fall into the Swiggler's glass of of vim, causing the vim to turn gray. When the Swiggler drinks from the gray vim, it will turn sickly and it's defense will be lowered considerably, giving you good chance to attack, on the flipside, if you knock the red mushroom into the glass of vim, it will heal the Swiggler with either 21HP or 41HP. After a few turns, it will become healthy again and you will have to repeat the cycle until the Swiggler takes 200 damage, defeating the shroobified Wiggler.
