In Monster Hunter Freedom 2 is there a felyne comrade If there is. how do you get them?

You can't get felynes to fight with you on by buying or paying them. There are black and white felynes in all of the maps. The black ones steal your supplies, and the white ones don't do anything unless provoked. When provoked, they will throw damaging bombs at the person who prvoked them. What you can do, is lure the white felynes to the area where the monster is and if the monster attacks the felynes, they will throw bombs at it. You lure them by either provoking them and making them follow you, or by dropping special meat in the felyne area, and they will come after you/monster.

You can only take one felyne comrade with you on Monster Hunter Freedom unite. Monster Hunter Freedom and Freedom 2 do not have felyne comrades. The only Monster Hunter game that lets you take two comrades with you on a quest is Monster Hunter Portable 3rd (Japan only for right now)

go to your kitchen, (the door behind your house) it's the dark door, you can't miss it. in the kitchen there's two board, the left deals with with the kitchen cats, the right deals with your felyne comrade ( it should be next to a small box) select the "active/reserve" option from the menu. select your felyne and then press "X" there should be a giant catpaw to indicate that that is the current felyne that will accompany you on your mission. you can have 5 max kitchen cats, 10 reserve felyne comrade, 3 active comrade (total to 13 fighting cats or felyne comrade) you can only bring 1 to your mission, and the other two can train or rest while they wait for you return. Note: talk to kitchen cats after every each missions some cats might give you something, some wants something from out but eventually will give you something more than you give them.

buy one from the granny standing just out side the door of your home. you can't miss her cos she's carrying a big bigger than her and a cat is clinging from it. Sometimes he'll get you to choose felyne fighters or felyne chefs so try and visit her after every quests.

there are few but I suggest you don't cos it only ruins your gameplay. I got a over powering felyne comrade that knocks monsters down within 2 - 5 hits but it only makes the game boring after that. so don't try to cheat cos you'll end up having difficulty beating even a low rank Blangonga.
