There is no character named Ian Nelson in The Hunger Games.
There are a bunch of other MySims games: MySims Racing, MySims Party, MySims Agents, MySims Skyheroes, MySims Kingdom... but none of them involve the building that you see in MySims, as far as I know. There is also The Sims, but that is rated T for some risque stuff in that and I have never played it. It is for adults and teenagers more than kids. But it does have the building and character personalizing of MySims, only it's more in-depth. I've also seen SimCity, which is similar in that you can design your own buildings (in Building Architect) and decide what goes where, but it's less about the people of the city, and more about how you actually run the city. (You're the mayor, you set taxes and build power plants and zone land.)
