In Ninja Storm 2, there are three types of jutsu. There's ninjutsu, which is activated by having a little bit of chakra and pressing the Y button then the B button. This usually activates something like a fireball or small Rasengan. Then, there is Ultimate Jutsu which is activated by pressing YYB. These have small animation sequences. The last ones are activated by becoming Awakened and pressing YB. To become Awakened, loose a lot of health until a small bubble appears at the end of your chakra. Then, fully charge. If you try these and the moves you are looking for do not come up, they don't exist in the game.
