You can't make your Neopets look angry on your Userlookup. The only way for your Neopet to look angry is at the Battledome, or using a Mysterious Cape with Cowl. You can see what it makes your Neopet look like below.

I think you might be confusing this with painting your neopets with a Sketch Paint Brush, in which case your neopet with look hand drawn all the time.

Why is Neopets so fun and neat?
Neopets is fun because it tis a Baby-Friendly website of which you can make your account have a virtual pet that you can cutomise with clothes and train it to fight (if you wish) to fight PC controlled players or other people around the WORLD. You can paint your Neopet to make it look cuter. You can also give your neopet(s) a petpet of which your neopet(s) can play with, you can also paint your petpet, but can't customise it. If you are 3 or older you can go onto the BOARDS and chat, or message in your guild ( a guild is a place to hang out on Neopets.com and meet new friends) You can also play games, try your luck, or mysteriously find NEOPOINTS on the ground which is your key copy to buy food, things used for training, neohome items, or toys for your neopet(s). If you want to buy clothes you for your neopet(s), with neopoints but wil cost alot, cosidering the fact the only other way to get clothes is with NEOCASH which costs REAL MONEY.
