To battle the boss Genbu you must be at least level 15. If you want another ten Karma on top of the ten for beating it which will give you a grand total of twenty Karma, beat it with food item's only: Negi, Fried Shrimp, Chicken. It will be a lot harder with food only item's though, beware the Genbu is very tough!
