It all depends on how the fourth movie ends to determine if there will be a fifth movie.the director of movies 1,2 and 3 will not be directing the fourth ,but in his place however will be the wonderful director Tim Burton. The fourth movie will be called Pirates of the Caribbean on Stranger Tides. Johnny Depp will return as the rebel pirate known as Jack Sparrow.
