If used a mewtwo lvl 71, ho oh lvl 57. lugia lvl 73, snorlax lvl 50, feraligatr lvl 67 and a articuno lvl 50.
need a lot of revives and full restores. use ur best Pokemon and have good luck
i beat him by leveling up my Pokemon to level sixty then i had an electric type Pokemon don't attack him at all just have fifty revives and fifty hyper potions then when his heath is yellow use an attack. the hail takes their health down gradually so the only Pokemon he has that u actually have to attack is lapras hope it helped
i had 10 revives 5 potions and all Pokemon lv 80
well what i did was i gathered my strongest Pokemon witch were a starapter LV100 an empoleonLV89 and an azelf LV98 so try to level up and try it again and if you saved before him don't turn your DS/DSI off you can its easy to level up on him so keep going for it instead of givin up.

Tyranitar can be replaced by Dragonite(Dragon Dance,Twister,Dragon claw,Outrage)
