In Pokemon Mystery blue Dungeon, after you beat Rayquaza, you should be able to go to a dungeon called solar cave. There you will find the HMS surf, dive, and waterfall. In sublevels 10-20 you should find a few Chimechos. I have one Chimecho
you can teach it to your Pokemon if it can learn it or you can sell it

HM 1 teaches your Pokemon the move "Cut" HM 2 teaches your Pokemon the move "Fly" Be careful when you teach HMs, they cannot be removed from your Pokemon until you find the move deleter.
HMs cannot be found in Pokemon Sun or Moon. Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon introduced a new mechanic called Ride Pokemon that will take the place of HMs that were used to clear obstacles in previous games.

Answer:There are 48 floors, with no relay point. It can only be entered through the Marowak Dojo and items may not be taken into it. After the Marine Resort's location is revealed, the player will encounter Jirachi, Suicune, and Moltres at B23F, B29F, and B40F respectively. In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, all three legendary Pokémon have been removed from the dungeon and placed in different locations. HMs are scattered randomly throughout the maze (they cannot be used inside any dungeon, but they are reusable). After clearing the maze, Marowak will give the player a Brown Bow, which is a hold item. Source: Bulbapedia
