In Pokemon Ranger Shadow of Almia how do you get to Lucario?

in mission 10 get the blue gem after you open the sealed door with mismagius you go in a room with falling ice panels if you step on them for too long you fall. so go to the left room in the falling ice panel floor capture riolu then go to the right room capture riolu then go to the top room battle frosslass capture it then use the riolu to break the blue seal go into the next room and battle lucario once captured it gives you the blue gem go back to the room you battled frosslass in go in the portal near the riolu statues then you autimaticlly teleport back outside capture staraptor and go to the ranger union.
