Unfortunately, you can't find Mew anywhere on Pokemon White. You can, however, migrate it from Pearl, Diamond, Platinum, Heartgold or Soulsilver. As far as I know of, that's the only way to get a Mew on the game (Unless you use an Action Replay and hack the Pokemon Modifier Code)
