Ok, I used this strategy:
I caught a wobbufett, then I raised it;s level some. I only caught it because it has the abbility Shadow Tag which makes no Pokemon able to flee. Be careful since cressila can Kill the Pokemon easily though. OR You can catch a Golbat, at level 55+ And use mean look, now personally I can't do that Cressila flees when I atack, Or you may catch a lot of Dugtrio which have to be 52+.
Pokeball: I had so much troubke with Ultra balls :S. i used a Qickball and screamed GOTCHA into the mic when it took it in the pokeball.
Just keep using Quick balls for the first turn, then switch to POKEBALLS, Use them 15 times or more, then use a Timerball.
