In Pokemon explorers of time how does turtwig evolve?

When you have prevented the planets paralysis, you get to graduate from the guild. Wigglytuff tells you about the 'Grand Master Of All Things Bad' which is actually him and the guid members exept Bidoof. When you defeat him at the end of mystifying forest, you will get to a place called luminous spring where you can evolve!! Hope this helps coz i got this from a friend coz i am stuck on defeating wigglytuff and the guid members.

As your character or team member? For a team member, an excellent place would be the Mystifying Forest and (I'm not so sure on this one) Happy Outlook.

No! if you want him as a team member, when you choose your hero, just choose turtwig! nOOb!

To get him as a hero use action replay (latest version for better performance)

and select the pre-hack to get turtwig as your sure hero when you answer questions.

Or you could get a bold nature if you pick to be a boy at the end of the questions, and timid nature for a girl.

Well first they ask you questions just keep Pressing the top when they said Are you a male or female,Please if ur a male press male if ur a female press female.But turtwig works on Female.Not Male

to evolve your pokemon you need to pass the game then you are going to get a place called luminos forest or how ever you spell it and your pokemon have to be in a sertain level to evolve you go to that place and a voise is gonna tell you the pokemon you cold evovle that you have and then you choose them well that's what i did wish it helps
