I'm guessing you meant "dusk" balls, mate. And they work best on PokeMon in caves or at nighttime. As a dive ball in RB/S/E would catch a PokeMon on the seafloor, this ball's power is boosted in nighttime, caves, or dark places, but works just like a normal PokeBall in other locations/times.
