OK!!!!!! Random events are RANDOM!!!!! The only way you can get a random event is by doing a certain skill for a long time. Here is way I can help tho:
1. Create a new account
2. Keep woodcutting, just keep woocutting until you get a random event
3. Now to get the thing you got on the noob account get a friend to login as the noob and u login as ur account.
4. The noob trades the thing they got to the account you want it on and voila!
You have got something for free from another account BUT yours!!!!
Hope helped! Peace out!

Random events are what Jagex tests you to see if your botting or scripting. To get them do one skill(mining[powermining] is the most probable for F2P) for an hour or 2 and than Jagex will give you a random event, but if it takes more than 20 minutes to complete it than you will be put on the suspision of botting list(people will probably report you if you do it for a long time)

No. There are no cheats in Runescape.
usually to get random events you have to work on a skill for a while and the you get one
you cannot get random events anymore.
there is no world were you can get random events more than other worlds.
You can get a random event by doing anything on runescape, hence the name random event.
It means that there is something random about an event - something that cannot be foreseen. The random events in games such as RuneScape (where the "random events" are now discontinued) occur at a random time.
you only get them from quests or random events
No. There are no cheats for Runescape. Jagex takes pride in not giving an unfair advantage to one player or another - that's why they're called random events.
it is totally random now since there changes the random events in 2009 so now when i get a random event it can be any one
The only ones I know is to beat random events.
no its a special uniform. you can get from the gift box from random events.
Random events appear randomly. They say that the probability of getting a random event increases when you do repetitive tasks, or just stand around - if this is true, it is because one of the reasons for introducing random events is to make life more difficult for bots.
