This is the biggest problem when playing TF2 on a mac, the Macintosh mouse has only one button on it (a bit odd if you ask me). There are 2 solutions:
The Invisible Mouse was created on 1947-09-27.
The Apple Mouse does not have multitouch as the magic mouse does
Apple USB Mouse was created in 1998.
Right click on your mouse :)
You have to make sure you have right-click enabled, by going to (Apple Icon)>System Preferences>Mouse>Point and Click, and you should see a Secondary Click option. Make sure that is checked off, and if you want it to work like a standard 2-button mouse, choose "Click on Right Side" from the drop down menu, or you can choose "Click on Left Side" if you so desire. Then, when you are playing as Spy in TF2, simply click on the side of the mouse you have it set to, and you should cloak.

No. Mice for computers didn't really catch on until the Apple Lisa came out in '83.

You Plug a USB mouse into a USB Drive in the laptop, and now you can use your usb mouse with your laptop for anything.
With the new Apple Magic Mouse, the user does not need to use a mouse pad. This mouse will work on any surface without a mouse pad with the exception of a smooth glass surface.
