Jem destroys Mrs. Dubose's camellia bushes in a fit of anger and frustration after she makes derogatory remarks about his father, Atticus. This act exhibits Jem's growing understanding of prejudice and injustice in their society and his struggle to cope with these harsh realities. It also symbolizes his breaking away from childhood innocence and stepping into a more mature understanding of the world around him.

Because Mrs Dubose was making smart rermarks to Jem and Scout about their father saying that he was 'no better than the trash he represented in court' and they were't happy about it so he went into her garden and trampled on her prized camellias.......

Jem destroys Mrs. Dumbose's camellia because he was angry since she said that Atticus was no better than black people and the trash he works for.
trashed her bushes because mrs dubose was saying mean things about jems family
He destroys them because he is upset with what she called Atticus when they were going into town to buy things with Jem's birthday money.
He is angered that Mrs. Dubose called Atticus that he is no better than black people and the trash he works for. The trash he works for is defending Tom Robinson. Jem then loses his temper, and this is his only time, and destroys her camellias. He loses his temper because she was the first adult that insulted Atticus like this.
Because she kept insulting Scout and Atticus. She insulted Scout by saying that she should wear "proper" and "ladylike" clothes. She also insulted Atticus by saying that he "was in the courthouse lawing for n*ggers (cant type full word)" and that he was no better than the "n*ggers and trash we worked for". Jem got very mad and, blinded by anger, he destroyed her camellias.

Hope that helped! :)
because ms.Dubose keeps talking about atticus finch.
