They are not real children, so they don't have to have parents... haha
In the story "The Veldt" by Ray Bradbury, the parents become upset about the African veldt because their children's virtual reality nursery seems to be fixated on this violent and dangerous setting. The parents realize that the technology in their house has allowed their children to become too obsessed with this virtual world, raising concerns about the impact on their behavior and mental health.
Virtual Villagers 2: the lost chilldren is a computer game just like the first one. In this game you find a lost tribe of chilldren and a couple of adults. Like the first game, in this game you have to build, get food, earn tech points, solve puzzles and explore the new part of the land.
The resolution of "The Veldt" by Ray Bradbury sees the parents realizing the danger of the nursery that their children have been using to create realistic and harmful virtual scenarios. In a tragic ending, the children lock their parents in the nursery with lions, suggesting that the technology has consumed both the children and their parents.
They have to split up the negro babies
In "The Veldt," the conflict centers around the children using advanced technology to create a virtual reality so immersive that it becomes dangerous. The parents struggle to understand and control their children’s obsession with the virtual world, leading to a breakdown in their relationship and ultimately tragic consequences.
Then presumably they forbid it, and punish the children (perhaps by taking away their computer privileges) if their rules are violated.

No. Search "play virtual villagers (add a specific game if you'd like, but as far as I can tell the first virtual villagers and virtual villagers 2: the lost children, are the only ones you can play free, with limits) online for free". There are a few sites (shockwave is one) that will let you play a limited version for free, and you can buy the full version for $6.99, if I remember correctly. The full version gives you unlimited access to the entire game and better graphics. Actually, there isn't any such thing as being a "member" of Virtual Villagers, since it is just a game (created by Last Day of Work). But you do have to either pay for the full version or download it somewhere, but as far as I've seen you only get a demo if you download it.
they were kept hidden, there parents ran away with them or they were bombed.
Parents are completely responsible for their children's wellbeing, so it's parents to children.
Children seeped back into the cities, as parents and evacuee hosts felt there was no need for the children to be away from their homes if there was no great danger. And Hussies were Turds
